The easiest, fastest and safest way to order a repeat prescription is with the NHS App. Please speak to our reception team about registering for online services. They will be happy to help you.
Repeat prescriptions may also be made by post (enclosing an SAE), in person at reception (there is a collection box next to reception), or online through Patchs. Please include your name, date of birth, address and the. name of medications required.
Repeat prescriptions will be available for collection two working days later (excluding Bank Holidays and weekends). Please do not allow yourself to run out of medication. Make sure you order your repeat prescription in plenty of time, especially if you are going on holiday or the surgery is closed for Bank Holidays.
